LinkUs may issue warnings, limit features, suspend, or permanently terminate access for policy violations, safety risks, abuse, or legal requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All LinkUs software, branding, and design assets are protected. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercialize without permission.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkUs disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
